The Commanding Royal Engineer, was sent for, and the Council adjourned to 3 o'clock P.M.
The 15 June, 1863.
The Council resumed its sitting at 3 P.M., and Colonel Moody being in attendance, it was unanimously decided that the following measures of security be undertaken:
The construction of 2 Batteries on the Hong Kong, and 2 on Kowloon side of the Harbor, and the manning of the Gunboats lying in Ordinary.
